Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please note, gift cards are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service Team to initiate the return process.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Include the item(s) you wish to return, along with a copy of your receipt. Ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your return package to the return address specified to you during your return request.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs associated with the return.
