We offer a range of delivery options for our products to allow you to choose the type of delivery that best suits you and your needs. We aim to have your order shipped to you as quickly as possible and will provide details regarding your order status throughout the shipping process. USPS is our main courier.

Delivery Costs & Timescale

During the checkout process you will be presented with our shipping options, it is important to select the one that is most appropriate to you. All orders will be sent from the Radford Racing School warehouse in Arizona. We currently only offer standard shipping across the United States, if you require shipping to other parts of the world please get in touch with us. Tracking Your Order

Once you have made an order with us, we will email you a receipt with details of your order. You will then be provided with a track number and an estimated delivery date for your order. You will be able to track your order through USPS as your order progresses. If you have any concerns of questions about your order, get in touch with us. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, you can find out what to do in our missing order section below.

Delivery Process

We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in Arizona. Our team work to fulfil your order as quickly as possible, you will be notified once your order has been dispatched. USPS is our preferred courier, however if you have any special request please get in touch with one of our delivery team.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy for all online purchases from the date the order is delivery/received. If the item is unused, in it’s original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we can offer a full refund. In addition, to be eligible for a return, all items must still have all tags attached. The refund will be issued to your original payment card, usually within 3-5 working days.

If you are concerned your order is missing, we are here to help. Our team are on hand to investigate, track, and locate your order to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible. Delivery FAQs

We offer a variety of shipping options so you can choose one that is most suitable for you. Our fastest service is USPS Priority Mail, this will have you order with you within 3 working days. Standard USPS deliver will take around 3-4 business days.

Our delivery costs vary depending on the option you choose. Delivery costs are:

- USPS Priority Mail - $10.07

We do not currently offer international shipping on standard orders. If you would like to make an order from overseas, we recommend you first get in touch with our team to discuss bespoke delivery options for you.

Yes, we offer full order tracking on all of our orders. Once we have recied your order, we will provide you with an order receipt where you will be able to find all of your order details including your tracking number. Our preffered courier is USPS, you will be able to find your tracking information here by entering your tracking number.

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. Please get in touch with one of our team to discuss items that you would like to return.
